Mihoub’s work arises from a state of heightened consciousness, where instinct and consciousness clash with one another.

Rooted in a process of creation at high speed, her paintings are not composed, they reveal themselves. Every mark, word and figure appears within a continuous cognitive flow, bypassing the control and traditional intention.

Drawing on the legacy of Surrealist automatism by André Breton and of Abstract Expressionism by Jackson Pollock, Mihoub goes further: he introduces the language as a living structure within the heart of chaos. Words, symbols and hybrid figures become fragments of thought, capturing the raw architecture of the mind in motion.

He defines his practice as a « conscious art », a space where the artist no longer directs, but channels.

His works function as visual mantras: intense, spontaneous, yet deeply coherent.
They reflect our contemporary – a world saturated with information, emotions and the inner noise – whilst offering a form of liberation, of clarity and of reconnection.

Mihoub does not seek to represent reality.
He reveals the mechanisms invisible of consciousness itself.
